Reuven Shnaps

Reuven Shnaps, Ph.D., currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Data Science & AI Officer at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. since July 2024. Prior to this, Reuven held the position of Chief Analytics Officer at Earnix from 2005 to June 2024, where leadership of the analytics organization and direction of analytics strategy and research were key responsibilities. Reuven also served as Vice President of Professional Services at Earnix, managing a team focused on delivering advanced analytics and consulting projects globally. Earlier in the career, Reuven worked at Deloitte and Andersen as a Manager in Economic and Statistical Consulting. Reuven holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and both an MA in Managerial Economics and a BA in Economics and Statistics from Bar-Ilan University, with distinction in both degrees.
