Shalini Verma

Shalini Verma has extensive work experience in data analytics and business intelligence. Shalini currently serves as the Analytics Specialist Lead at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., where they collaborate with the litigation department to blend data from multiple sources and identify cross-functional opportunities. Prior to this role, they worked at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. as an Analytics Analyst III, Data Engineer, and Business Data Analyst III. Shalini was responsible for developing data cubes, mining data, and generating reports using SQL, Excel, and other tools. Before joining AmTrust, Verma worked as a Senior Data Information Analyst at Tower Group Companies, where they ensured accurate claim coding and developed project plans for data files and reports. Shalini also has experience as a Data Analyst at PepsiCo, where they analyzed data for accuracy and completeness.

Shalini Verma attended City Montessori School in Lucknow from 1985 to 1999, where they completed their high school education. Shalini then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at DOEACC Centre in Lucknow. Following that, they went on to obtain a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same institution.

In addition to their formal education, Shalini Verma has also obtained several certifications. In 2020, they completed the "Embracing Unexpected Change" certification from LinkedIn.
