Tomasz Grycner

Tomasz Grycner currently serves as Vice President of Global FP&A and Consolidations at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., a position held since January 2021. Prior to this role, Tomasz accumulated extensive experience at AIG from August 2012 to January 2021, holding titles such as Director of Segment Analytics and Operations, where responsibilities included delivering $30 billion in General Insurance P&L analytics and overseeing quarter close processes. Key achievements during this period involved improving the quality of analytics through collaboration and implementing ledger-based reporting to enhance data reliability. Earlier in the career, Tomasz worked with Chartis Europe S.A. and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where significant contributions included establishing reporting teams and leading audit teams. Educational qualifications include an MBA from INSEAD and a PhD in Finance and Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
