Washita P. has over 13 years of experience in the information technology sector, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology - Business Services at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. since March 2010. In this role, Washita leads a team of developers and business analysts to design, develop, deliver, support, and maintain Agency and Customer-facing portal platform applications, while also managing the annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets. Prior to this, Washita worked at Tower Group Companies as a Program Manager from June 2006 to March 2010, where responsibilities included overseeing demand control processes and establishing a PMO office to standardize documentation and procedures.
