Zachary Wolf

Zachary Wolf is the Executive Vice President of Strategic Development and Mergers and Acquisitions at AmTrust Financial Services. Zachary has over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to their current role, Mr. Wolf served as the Vice President of Securitization at Arbor Commercial Mortgage and the Senior Director of Structured Finance at S&P. Zachary began their career as an Associate at Thalheim Capital. Mr. Wolf has a proven track record of success in evaluating and executing strategic opportunities, leading due diligence processes, and structuring complex transactions. Zachary has played a key role in the development and implementation of AmTrust's long-term growth strategy. Under their leadership, AmTrust has made several successful acquisitions and has strengthened its position as a leading provider of specialty property and casualty insurance products in the United States.

Zachary Wolf pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in finance at The Johns Hopkins University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Talmudic Law from Ner Israel Rabbinical College.

They are on a team with and Daniel Pacicco - CFO. Zachary Wolf reports to Adam Karkowsky, President.
