Derek Haynes has extensive experience in security and youth mentorship. Since May 2017, Derek has served as a Security Officer at Amulet Security, contributing to safety and protection in various environments. In addition, Derek has been a Youth Specialist at Mind since April 2003, where responsibilities included mentoring boys aged 10-16 with learning difficulties. Derek's educational background includes attending Chadwell Heath High School from 1973 to 1980.
