Julie Perchenet Ryder

Julie Perchenet Ryder is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Head of Legal for M&A and Corporate Finance as well as the Head of Legal for International Corporate Matters at Amundi, where legal support is provided for international transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures since September 2013. Prior to this role, Julie was the Head of the Legal Department at Amundi Private Equity Funds from July 2003 to August 2013, offering legal advice on investments in non-listed companies and fund structuring. Julie began her career as a corporate lawyer at Debevoise & Plimpton from July 1999 to June 2003. Julie holds a degree from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University in Droit des Affaires and completed education at the Paris Bar School in 1998.
