Louis Neo

Louis Neo is currently the Director and Head of Legal for South Asia at Amundi Singapore Limited, overseeing all legal matters for the region. Prior to joining Amundi, Louis co-founded Invox Singapore, a receivables exchange providing a platform for small and medium-sized businesses to monetize their outstanding invoices. Louis also has experience as a Senior Legal Counsel at the National University of Singapore and as a practicing lawyer in corporate law, M&A, and private equity at Dentons Rodyk, Baker & McKenzie, and Morgan Lewis Stamford. Louis holds an LLB degree from the National University of Singapore.
