Viet Hung Tran

Viet Hung TRAN, PRM, CFA, serves as the Global Head of Risk for Structured and Guaranteed Products at Amundi since August 2018, following a role as Chief Risk Officer at Amundi Hong Kong Limited from August 2015 to August 2018. During this time, Viet Hung TRAN managed the risk team, developed risk frameworks, conducted operational risk assessments, and coordinated risk topics across multiple Asian subsidiaries. Prior experience includes leadership in risk management for equity and ETF funds at Amundi Asset Management (2011-2015) and hedge fund risk management at Candriam (2006-2011). Viet Hung TRAN began a career at Natixis Asset Management (2001-2006) as a Project Manager focused on Front to Back Office projects and held a position at GL Trade as the Head of Support Engineers (2000-2001). Educational qualifications include a Master in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, a PRM from the Professional Risk Managers' International Association, and CFA certification from the CFA Institute.
