Kristen Quinn

Kristen Quinn is a seasoned product executive currently serving as VP of Product for Pickup, Delivery & Returns at Walmart since December 2023. Prior to this role, Kristen held the position of VP of Product for Growth & Core Experiences at Chime, where responsibility included leading a cross-functional team of over 150 professionals focused on product strategy and delivery from January 2022 to December 2023. Kristen's extensive experience also includes serving as Senior Director of Product at Lyft, where leadership involved scaling significant business operations, as well as directing mobile product strategy at Sam's Club, handling various aspects from customer experience to financial planning. Earlier in Kristen's career, insights were provided as a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company, advising clients on a range of strategic and operational issues. Kristen earned a BS in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
