Peter Hansen

Peter Hansen serves as Partner and Senior Counsel at Amundsen Davis, LLC since February 2020. Prior to this role, Peter was an Associate Attorney at Wessels Sherman from June 2011 to February 2020. Expertise includes representing employers in state, federal, and administrative agency litigation, particularly in matters related to the FLSA, discrimination, and retaliation claims. Peter provides legal guidance on compliance with labor and employment laws and advises on employee benefits issues. Additionally, Peter develops compliance documents, conducts training for management on harassment and discrimination, and prepares affirmative action plans for government contractors and financial institutions. Peter holds a Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Northern Illinois University.
