Dr. Jen Donnell

Dr. Jen Donnell currently serves as the Vice President of People and Culture at Amuneal Manufacturing Corp., where integration of people, culture, and inclusion strategies is a key focus. A member of the invitation-only network Chief, Dr. Donnell also holds the position of Professor of Human Relations at SUNY Westchester Community College and is the Founder of iTalk Events. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President Human Resources at YMCA of Montclair, Head of People at Trulieve, and Regional Director of Human Resources & DEI at Comcast Advertising. Dr. Donnell's robust background in human resources spans various organizations such as Persado, Amazon, and Ingersoll Rand, with a strong emphasis on strategic talent management and cultural transformation. Education achievements include a Doctor of Education from Liberty University, a Master of Science from Purdue University, and a Bachelor of Music from The Johns Hopkins University.
