Ralph Chapman

Ralph Chapman currently serves as a Field Installation Technician at Amuneal Manufacturing Corp. since July 2023 and is the President of TCH Enterprises, LLC, focusing on wholesale renovations since October 2021. Previously, Ralph worked as a Power House Operating Engineer at WestRock Company from May 2015 to February 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Shop Steward and Executive Board District Representative for the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 286 from November 2013 to January 2019, where responsibilities included assisting members with contract issues and participating in decision-making related to bylaws and finances. Earlier, Ralph held the position of Loader Operator/Boiler Assistant at Simpson Tacoma Kraft from December 2009 to May 2015.
