Yian Wu

Yian Wu began their work experience in 2016 as a Stage Manager for T.I.n.Y Berkeley Chinese Drama and Entertainment Company. They then worked as a Chemistry Teacher Scholar for the College of Chemistry from August 2016 to December 2016. Yian also served as a Research Assistant for the Department of Environmental Science, Policy and Management from February 2016 to December 2016. In 2016, they worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at Doudna Lab in the Department of Molecular Cell Biology. Yian also worked as a Student Mentor for Berkeley International Office from April 2016 to January 2017. In 2017, they interned as a Discovery Research Intern at AbbVie and as a Technical Development Intern: Analytical Operations at Genentech from January 2019 to July 2019. Yian then worked as a Product Development Intern at Eva Gardens from January 2018 to May 2018. From August 2017 to December 2018, they worked as a Student Worker at Instructional Support Facility for the University of California, Berkeley, College of Chemistry. In 2019, Yian joined Amunix Pharmaceuticals, starting as a Research Associate I from August 2019 to February 2020. They were then promoted to Research Associate II from January 2020 to January 2021. Yian's next role at Amunix Pharmaceuticals was Research Associate III from January 2021 to August 2022. Currently, Yian is an Associate Scientist at Amunix Pharmaceuticals as of August 2022.

Yian Wu completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley in the years 2015 to 2018. Later, Yian pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Chemical Engineering at the same university from 2021 to 2022.
