Cristian Diaz, MBA

Cristian Diaz, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2005, they worked at JEC Disability Management as a Customer Service Supervisor, where they coordinated Independent Medical Examinations and arranged transportation for clients. In 2012, they became an Assistant Store Manager at Hat World/Lids.com, where they focused on driving sales and creating a positive customer experience. Cristian then transitioned to 7-Eleven as an Operations Manager in 2013. In 2014, Cristian joined Destination XL Group, Inc. as an Operations Manager, analyzing business financial reports and improving sales performance. Cristian also worked at Backwoods Community Center as a Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst, implementing Salesforce solutions from 2014 to 2016. At United Bank, from 2016 to 2017, Cristian worked as a Salesforce/Pardot Administrator, overseeing change management and training. Most recently, they joined Amur in 2017 and held roles such as Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce.com Solutions Architect. Currently, Cristian serves as the Manager of Technology Development at Amur.

Cristian Diaz, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to earning their MBA, they completed their undergraduate studies at SUNY Empire State College from 2006 to 2011, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Economics. In addition to their academic degrees, Cristian Diaz has also obtained several certifications. These include being a Certified STRIPES Leader from STRIPES Leadership, which they obtained in June 2022. Cristian is also a Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) from Salesforce, having achieved this certification in January 2022. Furthermore, Cristian obtained the Technology Leadership certification from Cornell University in May 2020. In January 2020, they earned the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, and in May 2019, they became a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I. Lastly, they obtained the Salesforce Administration certification from Salesforce in March 2016.
