Yu Ji

Yu Ji possesses extensive experience in process chemistry and research and development, currently serving as a Principal Scientist at Amvac Chemical Corp. since January 2016, previously working as a Senior Scientist. At Amvac, responsibilities include technical transfer, production support, and supplier audits. Prior roles encompass R&D Chemist at Amvac from April 2010 to 2015, focusing on tech transfer and production troubleshooting, as well as Research Fellow and Head of GMP Kilo-Lab at ChemPartner, where Yu Ji established a GMP team and completed multiple projects. Additional experience includes roles at Ardea Biosciences, Clariant, and Archimica, emphasizing GMP and non-GMP API production, process chemistry, and scale-up. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry and postdoctoral studies at the University of Florida and UT Southwestern Medical Center.
