Ahmed Shehatah has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ahmed started their career at CLS Communication as a Desktop Publisher Senior Consultant in 2004. Ahmed then worked as a Key Account Manager at Nestlé from 2005 to 2007. After that, they joined Vodafone as a Customer Experience Specialist from 2005 to 2008. Ahmed briefly worked at Orange as a Senior Technical Support Consultant in 2008. From 2008 to 2012, they served as a Contact Center Operation Manager at TE data. In 2012, they joined Localize Spot as a Sales & Marketing Operation Manager. Concurrently, they worked at Telecom Egypt in different roles. Ahmed started as a Digital Manager in 2012 and later became the Head of Customer Experience Design & Planning from 2014 to 2019. Currently, Ahmed is working at Amway Europe, where they started in 2019. Ahmed first served as the Experience Design Manager, and currently holds the position of Head of eCommerce & CRM.

Ahmed Shehatah completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Helwan University Cairo between 2001 and 2006. In 2015, they obtained a Project Management Diploma from the Regional IT Institute - RITI. Ahmed also obtained a Goethe-Zertifikat B1 - B2 in Deutsch als Fremdsprache from Goethe-Institute from 2015 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Ahmed has obtained several certifications in various fields such as project management, customer experience, and digital media management, among others.
