Natalya has also gained experience in the technology sector, working at IBM. Natalya started as a Security Investigator, where they identified software piracy issues and coordinated with law enforcement authorities. Natalya then became a Software Compliance Manager, responsible for developing and implementing the company's compliance program. Natalya achieved notable success, being recognized as IBM Sales Top Performer in 2012 and consistently increasing sales volume.
Natalya has also worked in the public sector as a Business Development Director at the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. In this role, they developed and implemented new technologies and products in the culture sector, including the introduction of e-tickets for theaters.
Currently, Natalya holds the position of International Business Director "Platina level" at Amway Europe.
Natalya Hendrix holds a Master's Degree in Law from Kutafin Moscow State Law University, specializing in Civil Law. Prior to that, they earned a Master's Degree from Moscow Pedagogical State University, focusing on Linguistics, Interpretation, and Teaching English, German, and Dutch. Their foundational education includes a Bachelor's Degree earned at the University of Foreign Languages, Moscow, with a concentration in English, German, and Russian.
