Cta Tisha M. Wilson

Tisha M. Wilson has a diverse background in human resources and benefits management. Tisha M. most recently worked as an Assistant Director of Human Resources at Amway Grand Plaza, starting in July 2018. Prior to that, from June 2015 to July 2018, they worked at AHC+Hospitality as a Benefits Manager, where they administered health and welfare plans, managed leave and disability plans, and planned employee events.

Before their time at AHC+Hospitality, Tisha held the position of West Michigan Field Representative at MICPA from February 2009 to June 2015. In this role, they planned and managed seminars, conferences, and special events for up to 2000 attendees throughout Michigan. Tisha M. also assisted with marketing and project management.

From March 2003 to August 2004, Tisha worked at Priority Health as a Sr. Claims Examiner, where they processed and adjusted complex health insurance claims and responded to customer inquiries. At both companies, they were responsible for employee relations, conflict resolution, and training programs.

Tisha M. Wilson, CTA completed their Associates of Arts degree in Business Administration from Grand Rapids Community College, from 1989 to 1992. Tisha M. then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources Management from Grand Valley State University, which they completed from 1993 to 1995. Tisha also holds the certification of Certified Tourism Ambassador - Grand Rapids, which they obtained from the Tourism Ambassador Institute in April 2015.
