Shashank Tiwari has extensive work experience in various roles related to technology and cloud operations. Shashank currently serves as the Associate Vice President at Amway India Enterprises Private Limited, where they lead a team in setting up and managing the practice of Site Reliability Engineering and SRE governance for digital applications. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Manager of Cloud Operations at TO THE NEW, where they provided leadership and accountability for the performance of the cloud operation engineers/support team. Shashank Tiwari completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Information Technology from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from JNCT. Additionally, Shashank Tiwari has obtained several certifications, including CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation in 2022, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in January 2022, and DevOps: Jenkins Github and AWS In Practice 2021 from Udemy in 2021.
