Karen Farndell

Karen Farndell has extensive experience in the cruise industry, with their most recent role being Director of Sales & Marketing at Holland America Line since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Princess Cruises for six years, starting as a Sales Manager from June 2016 to September 2017, and then progressing to Senior Manager until September 2022. Karen also held various other positions at Princess Cruises, including Senior Marketing & PR Manager (Secondment) from May 2021 to November 2021, and Sales Director - Maternity Cover from December 2019 to November 2020. Before joining Princess Cruises, Karen worked at Carnival UK as an Account Manager from an unknown start date until 2016.

Karen Farndell attended Cams Hill School from 1990 to 1995. Karen then pursued an Advanced GNVQ in Leisure & Tourism at Fareham College from 1996 to 1998. From 1999 to 2001, Karen obtained an HND in Travel & Business Management from Highbury College.
