Dhananjay Karpe

Dhananjay Karpe has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dhananjay began their career at Emcure Infotech in India as a Software Programmer from 2000 to 2002. Dhananjay then moved on to iPOC Cooperation in Japan, where they worked as a Senior Software Programmer in 2002 and 2003. Dhananjay then joined Hartford Life Insurance KK in Japan as a Quality Consultant from 2003 to 2006. Dhananjay also worked as a Systems Analyst at Mahindra Satyam (former Satyam Computers) in Japan during the same period. In 2007, they joined Manulife Insurance, where they served as a Project Manager, managing Universal Life projects until 2008 and then transitioning to the role of managing Wealth Management projects. From 2014 to 2015, Dhananjay worked as a Senior Manager, Testing Delivery Consultant at Cognizant Technology Solutions. In 2015, they returned to Manulife, taking up the position of Manager, Information Service strategic planning & development, and later becoming the Lead Information Technology Digital Development in 2016. Most recently, Dhananjay worked at Amway Japan G.K. as a Digital Tech Lead and Tech Lead in the e-commerce IT digital department from 2020 to the present.

Dhananjay Karpe earned a Master of Computer Management (MCM) degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1999 to 2001. In addition, they obtained several certifications from Automation Anywhere including Bot Developer, RPA Program Manager, and Technical Support Specialist in 2019.
