Aaron Kraai

Aaron Kraai is an experienced engineering leader currently serving at Amway since October 2006, where roles have included Engineering Leader, Senior Technology Manager, Technology Manager, and Lead Software Engineer. In the current position, Aaron supports leaders and agile product teams to enhance mobile experiences for over one million Amway Business Owners globally. Previous responsibilities included overseeing customer and commerce experiences for the North America market and leading geographically distributed agile teams through significant modernization initiatives. Prior to Amway, Aaron held positions at Spectrum Health and Gordon Food Service, beginning as a Senior Software Engineer and progressing to management roles. Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University and has further educational experience at Grand Valley State University.
