Ai Ling Chan

Ai Ling Chan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and Agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager and part-time Scrum Master at Amway since January 2022, Ai Ling provides OKR coaching for the SEA technology team and leads the microsites team. Previous roles include Scrum Master at Ørsted and Digital and Innovation Specialist at Amway Business Services Asia Pacific. Ai Ling’s decade-long tenure at T-Systems International GmbH encompassed various roles such as Scrum Master, Service Level Manager, Agile Implementer, and SGA Sharepoint Service Manager, demonstrating a strong commitment to Agile practices. Earlier experience includes pricing analysis at Lenovo and Hewlett Packard, and finance and administration at Dynafront Systems.
