Carolina Patricia Garza Garza is a seasoned professional in the fields of quality engineering and training implementation, currently serving as a Training Implementation Coordinator at Amway since December 2016. Her roles at Amway have also included Training Implementation Analyst and Technical Regulatory Affairs Analyst. Previously, Carolina held positions as a Senior Quality Engineer and Junior Quality Engineer at HOME INTERIORS SA and Home Interiors de Mexico, respectively, focusing on product quality development and supplier interactions. Earlier career experience includes serving as an EHS&S Leader at CUPRUM, where Carolina led environmental projects and trained personnel, and as an EHS&S Trainee at Servicios Cuprum, S.A. de C.V.
