Emilee Broekhuizen

Emilee Broekhuizen serves as a Senior Employee Insights Analyst on the People Analytics team at Amway since July 2015, focusing on Global Employee Listening initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as an Internal Auditor, where Emilee conducted extensive audits on operational and IT processes across various markets, and as an Associate Financial Analyst within a Finance Rotation Program. Emilee has also contributed as a Women's Rowing Coach at Forest Hills Central High School, and held internships at Van Andel Institute and Amway, where Emilee developed dashboards that significantly improved efficiency. Educationally, Emilee holds a Master of Management in Organizational Leadership from Aquinas College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Grand Valley State University, along with international experience from studying at Regents University in London, UK.
