Jenni Lee

Jenni Lee, CEBS, has extensive experience in benefits and compensation management, currently serving as the Director of US Benefits Payroll & Employee Programs at Amway since August 2013. Prior roles at Amway include Manager of US/Global Benefits Programs and Manager of Talent Acquisition for North and Latin America. Jenni's career began at Mattawan Consolidated School District as Technology Leader and continued with various positions in benefits at National Heritage Academies and Perrigo Company. Jenni holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Western Michigan University.
