Megan Shier

Megan Shier currently serves as the Manager of Data & Analytics for Amway North America, following a progression of roles including Data & Analytics Operations Supervisor and Senior Business Intelligence Analyst since August 2022. Prior to Amway, Megan held various positions at Autocam Medical from July 2010 to August 2022, notably as Business Process Manager for IT, where responsibilities included ERP systems management, database administration, and report development. In earlier roles at Autocam Medical, Megan worked as Business Unit Manager and Production Coordinator, focusing on sales trend analysis, ERP implementation, and production scheduling. Megan's experience also includes internships in tax at UHY Advisors and Crowe Horwath LLP, where duties encompassed tax preparation and audit compliance. Megan holds a BBA in Accounting from Grand Valley State University.
