Sharol Zhang

Sharol Zhang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and journalism. Currently serving as a Senior HR Manager for Culture Building & Employment Brand at Amway China since August 2006, Sharol is responsible for various initiatives including employment branding, campus recruitment, corporate culture, internal communications, and employee engagement programs. Previously, from July 2002 to August 2006, Sharol worked as a Senior Journalist at CBS Interactive, focusing on the IT industry through core reporting, in-depth analysis, and supporting media events. Sharol holds a degree in Information Engineering from South China University of Technology, and further pursued studies in Enterprise Management at the same institution.
