Shea van Fossen

Shea van Fossen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and business intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer in Data Operations at Amway since April 2018, Shea manages global systems across over 50 countries and enhances data catalog and quality tools. Previous roles included Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, where Shea led the design of crucial dashboards and mentored new analysts. Additionally, Shea has held positions as a Business Intelligence Developer at Innovative Software Solutions, an Inbound Logistics Analyst at Meijer, and gained foundational experience in dealer support and banking.
