Henry Santos

Henry Santos, CSFS®, serves as the Executive Vice President at Amwins Group, a position held since August 2000, where expertise includes developing integrated medical and prescription drug solutions for employers nationwide. With a background in managing a substantial portfolio of accounts, Henry has been instrumental in strategic project planning, issue resolution, and client relationship management, particularly in roles such as Relationship Manager and Customer Care Representative. Prior to their tenure at Amwins, Henry held leadership roles at Stop Loss Insurance Services, enhancing self-funded benefits solutions for brokers and consultants. Additionally, Henry has military experience as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, overseeing the welfare and preparedness of their squad. Henry's educational background includes studies at CCRI from 2001 to 2005.
