Peter N. McClelland

Peter N. McClelland, Esq. serves as the Assistant General Counsel at Amwins since July 2024. Prior to this role, Peter held various legal positions, including Data Protection Officer and Associate Counsel for Data Security at Qorvo, Inc., where responsibilities included providing compliance guidance and leading data protection legal functions. Previous experience also includes serving as Privacy Counsel at CyberArk and as a Privacy, Data Security, & Technology Attorney at Ward and Smith, P.A., in addition to in-house counsel at Threat Sketch. Peter N. McClelland obtained a Juris Doctor in Business Law from Elon University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
