Lyle Kossis

Lyle Kossis serves as an Assistant General Counsel and Vice President at Truist since December 2022. Prior to this role, Lyle was an Associate at McGuireWoods LLP from September 2015 to November 2022 and gained judicial experience as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Karen LeCraft Henderson at the U.S. Court of Appeals from August 2014 to August 2015. Earlier in Lyle's career, legal experience included positions as an Associate at Quinn Emanuel from September 2013 to July 2014 and as a Summer Associate at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP in May 2012. Lyle also worked as a Research Assistant for Richard Schragger from May 2011 to May 2012. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Virginia (2010-2013) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from the University of Florida (2006-2010).
