Mark Carrara is the current Technology Director at Amy Biehl High School. Mark has previous experience working as the Director of Technology for Tucumcari Public Schools from April 2012 to September 2014, and as the Technology Coordinator for the School District of Gilman from August 2000 to April 2012.

Carrara has been working in the field of technology for over 20 years. Mark began their career as a computer technician for the School District of Gilman in Wisconsin. Mark was promoted to Technology Coordinator in 2002 and led the district's transition to using Web 2.0 technology and social media. In 2012, they became the Director of Technology for Tucumcari Public Schools in New Mexico. Mark improved network stability and uptime under tight budgets, and rolled out Google Apps for Education district wide.

Amy Biehl High School is a public charter school in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The school opened in 2007 with the mission of providing a college-preparatory education to all students, regardless of their socio-economic background. As Technology Director, Carrara is responsible for ensuring that the school's technology infrastructure meets the needs of its students and staff.

Mark Carrara holds a MBA from Lakeland University in Accounting, a MS from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in Ag Industries, and a BA from North Central College in Bus Admin and Physics.
