Padraig Long

Padraig Long has a work experience spanning over several pharmaceutical companies. Padraig is currently serving as the Lead, Quality EMEA at Amylyx Pharmaceuticals since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Associate Director Quality Assurance and Senior Quality Manager at Horizon Pharma plc from October 2017 to the present. Padraig also worked as a Quality Operations Manager at Endo Pharmaceuticals from January 2015 to October 2017. Before that, they served as a Senior QA Specialist at Shire HGT from May 2009 to December 2014. Padraig started their career as a Quality Assurance Officer at Sanofi Aventis from 2006 to 2008.

Padraig Long completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Biotechnology with Quality Management at Waterford Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2006. Padraig then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Technology and Quality Systems at University College Cork from 2014 to 2016.
