Erika Shalette

Erika is responsible for Amynta’s legal, compliance, and regulatory operations. She brings over 20 years of legal and transactional experience. Prior to Amynta, Erika worked at Chubb as Senior Vice President and Managing Counsel of Global Corporate Affairs. Prior to Chubb, Erika held positions at AIG as Associate General Counsel focused on strategic transactions, at Mitsubishi Corporation as Senior Counsel, and as an attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Erika is based in New York City.
