Alicia Sandoval has over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Sales & Education Manager for Amyris. From 2013 to 2021, they were a CHANEL Account Executive Fragrance & Beauty. From 2010 to 2013, they were a National Account Manager for Cosmetic Dermatology INC./ Dr. Brandt Skincare, where they managed a portfolio of over 80 national accounts and prepared sales forecasting for individual accounts. From 2007 to 2010, they were a Regional Account Executive South Florida for Sisley Paris, where they managed 10 specialty door accounts and recruited, interviewed, hired, trained, motivated, and scheduled for all Sisley representatives, counter managers and freelance support in the region. From 2001 to 2007, they were an Education Executive South Florida & Puerto Rico for The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. From 1997 to 2001, they were an International Training Manager and International Trainer for PARBEL OF FLORIDA, where they were responsible for the training and development of the L’Oreal selective distribution brands, managed a staff of seven educators, developed education material in dual languages, facilitated seminars, updated training programs, and conducted international market visits.
