Bereket Oghubazghi

Bereket Oghubazghi has been working in the IT field since 1999. Bereket began their career at EWAN Technology Solutions, Inc. as a System Engineer. In 2003, they joined the Consultancy, Training & Testing Center (CTTC), University of Asmara, where they served as a Cisco Academy Instructor & Graduate Assistant. In 2008, they were hired as a Network Communication Engineer at ETRS Communications - Office of the President. In 2010, they took on the role of System Administrator / Technical Manager at Wintem Ghana. In 2012, they joined Swinerton Builders as a Network Engineer and also worked as a Consultant at E.G. Network Solutions. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Sr. Network Engineer at Amyris.

Bereket Oghubazghi obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Asmara between 1992 and 1997. Bereket has also obtained several certifications, including Cisco BGP Essential Training from LinkedIn in July 2021, DevNet Class of 2020 from Cisco in November 2020, Understanding Cisco Network Security and Understanding of Cisco Network Devices from Cisco in February 2020, Cisco Certified DevNet Associate from Cisco in November 2020, Cisco Certified Network Professional Routing and Switching (CCNP-RS) from Cisco in November 2019, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security) from Cisco.
