Meghan Biegel has a long history of working in the customer care and sales industry. Meghan began their career in 2001 as an Estee Lauder Business Manager at Dillards, where they were responsible for recruiting, managing, and mentoring 12 employees and achieved annual sales of $1.2M. Meghan then moved to The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in 2004, where they worked as a Sales and Education Executive for BeautyBank Inc. and launched 6 new cosmetics brands in partnership with Kohl’s Department Stores. Meghan managed a $4M+ territory and consistently exceeded company sales plans. In 2011, they began working as an Account Executive at Christian Dior Parfums and Cosmetics, where they were responsible for overseeing and executing in-store education platforms, while managing sales and budgets for a $6M+ territory. Most recently, in 2020, they began working at Amyris as a Customer Care Talent Manager and Customer Care Manager for Sales & Education for Amyris Brands.

Meghan Biegel attended Florida State University's College of Business from 1997 to 2001, graduating with a degree in Marketing and Management.
