Dhiraj Tripathi

Dhiraj Tripathi is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project engineering and drafting. Currently serving as a Project Engineer/Drafter at Amy's Kitchen since February 2018, Dhiraj supports the Engineering and Maintenance departments with CAD drawing development and administrative functions. Prior experience includes a role as a Scheduling Coordinator and Process Engineer Intern at J.R. Simplot Company, where responsibilities involved planning and coordinating engineering work while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Dhiraj also has experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Idaho State University, evaluating student performance, and as a Service Engineer at CG Automobile, overseeing workshop operations and maintenance activities. Dhiraj holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Idaho State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Kathmandu University.
