Karen Jobb

Karen Jobb currently serves as the Senior Vice President of US Sales & E Commerce at Premier Nutrition, a role commenced in October 2023, where strategic leadership of the U.S. market is emphasized. Previously, Karen held the position of Chief Customer & Consumer Officer at Amy's Kitchen from March 2021 to October 2023, responsible for creating a fully integrated Global Sales and Marketing organization. Karen also served as Interim Chief People Officer during this tenure, overseeing organizational assessments and talent development initiatives. Prior to Amy's Kitchen, Karen spent over 16 years at Clif Bar & Company, where roles included Senior Vice President of Sales for North America, contributing significantly to sales growth across various retail channels, and leading teams at multiple management levels. Earlier career experiences include positions at Quaker Oats, Marketing Specialists, and Smiths Food & Drug, showcasing a comprehensive background in sales, marketing, and customer development. Karen is an alumnus of Northern Arizona University, having graduated from The W. A. Franke College of Business.
