Matthew Austin

Matthew Austin is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and client platform engineering. Currently serving as a Client Platforms Engineer at Amy's Kitchen since July 2018, Matthew has also held the position of Senior IT Services Administrator focusing on new technology initiatives. Prior to this, from August 2013 to August 2018, Matthew worked at Bio-Rad Laboratories as an HR System Administrator, where responsibilities included the implementation of Employee Central, management of compensation and performance systems, and technical support for SuccessFactors globally. Matthew's earlier role as an ERP Project Administrator involved collaboration with the Project Management Office to ensure project timelines were met. Additionally, experience as a Service Desk Analyst at INT Technologies involved troubleshooting technical issues and providing support across various applications. Matthew holds an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from College of Marin, obtained between 2007 and 2009.
