Naveen Punaji

Naveen Punaji has a wealth of experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Naveen is currently the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Amzur Technologies, Inc, where they oversee the overall strategy, product development, and growth plans for the company. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President & GM of Products at Rackspace Technology, where they led the growth strategy for CRM, ERP, and application modernization services.

Before joining Rackspace, Naveen held the position of Business Head & Global Solution Leader at QuEST Global, where they were responsible for defining enterprise and digital transformation solutions. Naveen also played a crucial role in integrating two acquired companies into QuEST and cross-selling new digital services.

Earlier in their career, Naveen served as the SVP and Global Head of Business Application Services at ValueLabs, where they led the BAS group globally and provided services in enterprise package applications, CRM, EIM, IOT, and business consulting.

Prior to joining ValueLabs, Naveen held several leadership roles at Wipro, including General Manager and Global Alliance Head for SAP. Naveen was responsible for defining the strategy and leading the transformation of Wipro's SAP partnership, resulting in improved partner rankings and significant revenue growth.

Throughout their career, Naveen has demonstrated strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a track record of driving growth and profitability. Naveen has a deep understanding of enterprise technology solutions and has successfully led teams and developed impactful strategies for global companies in various industries.

Naveen Punaji has a diverse education history. Naveen completed the Growth Harbinger Program - Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Karnatak University from 1990-1992. Naveen'sundergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from B V B College of Engg. & Technology, HUBLI from 1986-1990. In addition to their formal education, Naveen Punaji has also obtained certifications such as the "Introducing the Case for Cloud - Record of Achievement" from SAP in 2024 and has been nominated for the "World Staffing Award" at the World Staffing Summit in 2022.
