Paul Flood

Paul Flood is currently the UX Manager at An Garda Síochána, where Paul established and manages the UX function within the organization. Prior to this role, Paul founded Spudatron, a company specializing in UX services and mobile app development. Paul also worked as a Senior UX/UI Designer at Bank of Ireland and as the CEO and CTO at ParkYa. With a background in cyber psychology, multimedia, and industrial design, Paul has extensive experience in the digital and user experience space. Their expertise includes front-end architecture, design systems, and team leadership.
