Hugo Rechena is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and service delivery across various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of User Support and Service Centre at ANA - Aeroportos de Portugal, SA since November 2024, Hugo Rechena previously founded 17.Com Public Relations & Events, a consultancy specializing in communication and event management, in January 2017. From April 2020 to November 2024, Hugo Rechena held the position of Head of Service Delivery at Sport Lisboa e Benfica, focusing on high-quality enterprise business services. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Technology Officer at Purever Industries, Senior Service Manager at Altice Portugal, and key roles at Portugal Telecom and Tradecom.
