Amarilys Perez-Santos

Amarilys Perez-Santos has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Compensation & Benefits Director at Sistema Universitario Ana G. Mendez since January 1999, where responsibilities include creating and managing total rewards strategies for various employee levels. Previous roles at the same institution include Human Resource Specialist – Compensation, Human Resource Generalist, and Human Resources Officer, which involved managing employee relations, compensation inquiries, and HR policies for a workforce of 450 employees. Amarilys began the career at Tricon Restaurants as a Human Resources Clerk, aiding in labor relations and investigations.
