Hendrik Lambert

Hendrik has a master’s degree in Electronic Engineering and PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Ghent, Belgium. He has over 25 years of experience in the development of innovative medical device technologies in early start-ups and in large size international companies. He has experience in the field of cardiac, vascular and neurological therapies, always with the aim of creating new standards of care. After his initial steps as Field Clinical Engineer, he became the Vice-President of Clinical & Regulatory Affairs at Endosense, which was acquired by St Jude Medical (now Abbott), to develop and execute the global clinical-regulatory strategy. After that, and just prior to joining Anaconda Biomed, he was the co-founder and Vice-President of Clinical & Regulatory Affairs at ONWARD Medical in Lausanne, Switzerland, developing solutions for people with spinal cord injury. Hendrik is passionate about setting up clinical studies to bring innovative, Class III technical solutions to the patients and the medical community. He is also Associated Teaching Professor at the University of Ghent in Belgium.
