Tuba Gokcan

Tuba Gokcan has over 18 years of experience in strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship, primarily at Anadolu Efes since June 2012, where roles have included Group Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Director, and various managerial positions focusing on marketing strategy and innovation management. Tuba has successfully led innovation initiatives, managed both internal and external entrepreneurship projects, and driven business strategy development while collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Previous experience at Garanti Bank included roles in innovation supervision, research, and business development, contributing significantly to marketing research and innovation processes. Tuba holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Marmara University and has completed programs at the Banking Leadership Academy and Garanti Bank Management Trainee Training.
