Tuğba Öcal

Tuğba Öcal has extensive work experience in corporate communications and management. Tuğba began their career in 2004 as an Export Specialist at Kombakçı Yapı ve Güvenlik Sistemleri. In 2006, they joined Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik as a Senior Specialist and worked in various roles until 2023. These roles include Assistant Manager from 2017 to 2021 and Head of Corporate Communications from 2023 onwards.

Tuğba Öcal received their Lisans Derecesi (Bachelor's Degree) in Uluslararası İlişkiler (International Relations) from Gazi University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they obtained several certifications including Digital Marketing Communication from IAB, Design Thinking from Artbiztech T, Sales and Marketing in Insurance from Fleming Europe, and Advanced Excel Training from Bilge Adam. Tuğba also has certifications in IBM SPSS Modeler, Insurance Distribution Strategies Forum, Lead Auditor, and Psychology of Persuasion.
