Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik AS, formerly Anadolu Hayat Sigorta AS, is a Turkey-based life insurance and pension fund management company. The Company provides pension fund-related insurance services and pension portfolio advice, and underwrites and sells individual and group life, health and education insurance and reinsurance products. As of December 31, 2010, the Company owned 19 individual pension investment funds. It also offers its products and services online. Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik AS operates regional directorates in Istanbul, Ankara, Adana, Bursa and Izmir, and a branch in North Cyprus. It also serves through a total of over 2000 branches of Turkiye Is Bankasi, HSBC Bank, Anadolubank, Turkiye Sinai Kalkinma Bankasi, BankPozitif and Albaraka Turk Participation Bank, and nearly 300 private agencies. Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik AS is a subsidiary of Turkiye Is Bankasi.
